Welcome to the Coaches Culture Playbook, we are glad you found us! Those of us who lead teams or groups know the importance of the talent you have on the field or in a group. With that said we also know that you can have all of the talent in the world and it will not matter if your team’s culture is weak. Building a strong culture involves principles of character, trust, integrity, love, and accountability. The hard part is that none of those things are going to develop on their own. In places where the culture is strong it is because a leader is intentional about developing those characteristics and developing other leaders who believe in the same core values. We started this blog to support coaches and others who may lead teams or organizations with practical ways to develop culture and togetherness within your group. In full disclosure, many of the articles here may center on athletic teams because that is what we do in our daily lives, but we also feel most of the things we talk about will relate to any group or organization.
